A special week in the fabulous and amazing Sierra de Guara!

Deserted by man 30 years ago, the sierra is a secret garden amid the exotic Spanish Pyrenees. This warm climate, amongst a calm peaceful atmosphere allows the explorer to relax, regenerate and tap into the wildness, beauty and magic of nature.

We will walk the old paths leading to abandoned villages and descend into deep canyons sculpted by nature. While following the river paths we will come across natural swimming pools carved into the mountainside and bath in these cool waters to refreshen the day’s journey.

In this wild place the mountain and aromatic flora is exceptional with beauty amongst the one-thousand-year-old oak trees. High in the blue sky the sierra range will allow us to observe rare birds of prey such as vultures and eagles.

These walks are based on pleasure and take part without rucksacks taking tours where we will return to the same comfortable location each night. The refuge is a large Aragonian Mountain House renovated with all the modern facilities needed for extra comfort.

The cost of the excursion is 575 Euro per person, this includes the accomodation, meals, transport during the week organization and guide for the week. Transport to Toulouse, and individual insurance are at your charge. However, I can help you to find flight deals.
